Litsong Buntot ng Baboy

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 2 pieces bay leaves
  • 1 head garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • SAUCE
  • 2 pieces pork tail
  • 1 1/2 cup lechon liver sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorn
Guidelines 

Join soya sauce, garlic, peppercorn, cove leaves, salt and water in a container. 

Include pork tail, heat to the point of boiling and stew for 60 minutes or until skin is delicate.
